KING FROST WELCOME LETTER

We invite you to participate in the 2007 King Frost Parade. The 44th annual parade, sponsored by the Hamburg Jaycees, will be held Saturday, October 27, 2007, at 7:00 PM in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. The rain date is the following Saturday, November 3, 2007, at 7:00 PM.

Enclosed are the King Frost Parade Registration Form, Announcement Information Form, and Parade Rules and Regulations. Please complete all information requested and return to the address above. No registration will be accepted after 10:00 PM on Friday, October 26, 2007. You must be registered by Wednesday, October 24, 2007 to be announced during the parade.

Positioning in the parade line up will be determined the weekend of October 21, 2007, for those registered before that date. You will receive your parade line-up position approximately 3 to 4 days prior to the parade. Parade position can also be found in the Northern Berks Merchandiser and the Hamburg Item.

Businesses are welcome to participate in the parade as a means of advertising. A donation of $100 is required for each business entry. Business entries, as with all entries, are required to decorate their entries for the event.

The King Frost Committee reserves the right to deny entries and/or require immediate departure of any entry if that entry is not obeying the enclosed rules and regulations.
